These Terms of Purchase apply when a client purchases or requests professional services from BolagsRegistrering Ltd through this website or by direct written communication.

3. Service Acceptance

A service request, enquiry, form submission or payment does not automatically mean that an assignment has been accepted. An assignment is accepted when we confirm the scope of work, pricing and delivery terms or begin providing the agreed service.

4. Scope of Work

Each assignment is based on an agreed scope of work confirmed by email, proposal, invoice or other written communication. Clients are responsible for reviewing the agreed scope before work begins.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown or agreed in advance and relate only to services provided directly by BolagsRegistrering Ltd. We do not receive, hold, manage or transfer funds on behalf of clients or third parties.

6. Delivery

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Delivery dates and completion estimates are indicative only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Where work has already begun, we may charge for completed work, time spent, administrative preparation and agreed costs incurred before cancellation. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and retain records necessary for service delivery, business administration and legal or accounting obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also benefit from any mandatory legal protections available in their country of residence.
