Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply when a client purchases or requests professional services from Bolags Registrering Ltd through bolagsregistrering.eu or through direct written communication with us.

A service request, enquiry, form submission or payment does not automatically mean that an assignment has been accepted.

An assignment is accepted when we confirm the scope of work, price and delivery terms, or when we begin providing the agreed service.

Each assignment is based on an agreed scope of work, which may be confirmed by email, written proposal, invoice, or other written communication.

The client is responsible for reviewing the agreed scope before work begins.

Prices are shown or agreed in advance. Payments relate only to services provided directly by Business Consulting Group Ltd.

We do not collect payments from customers of our clients, and we do not receive, hold, manage, transfer or forward funds on behalf of clients or other parties.

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Any delivery times or estimated completion dates are estimates only, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing

A client may request cancellation by contacting us in writing.

If work has already started, we may charge for work completed, time spent, administrative preparation and any agreed costs incurred before the cancellation request was received.

Where a client is acting as a consumer, statutory cancellation rights may apply where required by law. Where a client asks us to begin work during any applicable cancellation period, the client may be responsible for paying for work already performed if the service is later cancelled.

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

We may retain records necessary to support service delivery, respond to refund requests, maintain business records and meet legal or accounting obligations.

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
