We do not collect payments from customers of our clients, and we do not receive, hold, manage, transfer or forward funds on behalf of clients or other parties.
4Our Service Model
We provide services directly to our own clients. We are responsible for the professional services that we agree to provide within the confirmed scope of work.
We do not sell products or services on behalf of clients. We do not operate as a marketplace, reseller, payment intermediary, payment facilitator or agent for third-party sales.

5Service Requests and Acceptance
A request, enquiry, form submission or payment does not automatically mean that an assignment has been accepted.
An assignment is accepted when we confirm the scope of work, price and delivery terms, or when we begin providing the agreed service.
We may decline or cancel a service request if the requested work is outside our service scope, if required information is incomplete, or if legal, compliance, operational or reputational concerns arise.
6 Scope of Work

The client is responsible for reviewing the agreed scope and confirming that it matches their requirements before work begins.
7Pricing and Payment

Any external costs, taxes, third-party fees or additional services are not included unless expressly stated in the agreed scope.
Payment may be required before work begins or according to the agreed payment terms. We may pause or stop work if payment is declined, reversed, disputed or not received when due.
8Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information needed for the assignment.
The client remains responsible for their own business decisions, commercial actions, legal obligations, tax obligations, accounting obligations and regulatory compliance.
We rely on information provided by the client and are not responsible for delays, inaccuracies or limitations caused by incomplete, incorrect or late information.
9Delivery of Services
We provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Delivery may include written feedback, review notes, website text, service descriptions, presentation content, marketing material, recommendations or other agreed business communication support.

Where revisions are included in the agreed scope, we will provide them according to the agreed terms.

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, customer acquisition, market acceptance, investment results or specific commercial outcomes.
Our services are intended to help clients improve communication, review their market position and prepare professional marketing material. Final business results depend on factors outside our control.
12Service Boundaries
We provide practical business and marketing support only.
We do not provide financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, payment services or regulated advisory services.
We do not provide services that require authorisation from a financial regulator.
13External Tools and Information
During an assignment, we may review publicly available information, client-provided material, websites, business descriptions, marketing examples or other relevant information.
We may use standard business tools or technology providers to support communication, administration, website operation, analytics, security or accounting.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, terms or actions of independent third-party platforms or tools.
14Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, text, drafts, reports, service descriptions, presentation material and other work prepared specifically for the client may be used by the client for their own business purposes after full payment has been received.
We retain ownership of our general methods, templates, internal know-how, processes, structures and pre-existing materials.
Website content, branding, graphics and other materials owned by Business Consulting Group Ltd may not be copied, reproduced, republished, scraped, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
15Cancellation
A client may request cancellation by contacting us in writing.
If work has already started, we may charge for work completed, time spent, administrative preparation and any agreed costs incurred before cancellation.
Where a client is acting as a consumer, statutory cancellation rights may apply where required by law. Where the client asks us to begin work during any applicable cancellation period, the client may be responsible for paying for work already performed if the service is later cancelled.
16Refunds
Refunds are considered based on the nature of the service, the agreed scope, work already completed and any rights that apply under law.
Fees for services already started or completed are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method where possible.
